Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to participate. All sales are final. Prices subject to change while supplies last.
Do Not Miss the Boat: Gates close at 9:55pm. Cruise leaves sharply at 10pm. Absolutely NO Refunds or exchanges. We reserved a spot for you on our cruise.
Parking: Spirit of Boston offers a $14 rate for parking at the Seaport Hotel Parking Garage (1 Seaport Ln.) Monday thru Friday ONLY! Guests must enter the Seaport Hotel Parking Garage after 5PM and exit prior to 11PM. At all other times parking is $22 for up to 6 hours. There are also outdoor parking lots on Northern Avenue and Seaport Boulevard that do not offer discounts. Parking rates can vary from $7 to $10 per day. * Prices are always subject to change.
* Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking. Boston Nightlife and Hornblower Cruises are not responsible for any parking lots.
Party Responsibly: Please DO NOT Drink & Drive. Opt for Ride Share Apps (Lyft or Uber), a taxi service or designated driver.
Dress Code: Strict dress code will be enforced: Dress to impress and wearing "All White" definitely best! This is an upscale event with cocktail attire required for entrance. Men will not be allowed to wear ball caps, plain t-shirts, hi-tops or tennis shoes. Ideal wear would be nice slacks or dark jeans, dress shirt, blazer jacket. Ladies always look fabulous in dresses. If you do not meet the dress code, you may NOT be allowed to board and no refund will be given.
Bag Requirements: The only permitted bags that are allowed onboard the vessel must meet the following requirements: All bags must be completely clear and no larger than 6 inches long and 5 inches tall. Any other bags or purses will not be allowed onboard.
Covid-19 Protocol (if any at all) For All Guests will be announced closer to the event date, and will be based on current CDC Guideline and City of Boston's protocols for us to party safely and responsibly.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
No alcohol, open containers or outside food is permitted. No illegal drugs or controlled substances, including prescription drugs & marijuana, are tolerated. Using marijuana on the water is illegal, regardless of medical condition(s). The use and or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances is absolutely prohibited by the US Coast Guard.
Yacht Company holds a zero tolerance policy related to illegal substances aboard all vessels. Anyone caught participating or processing any such items will not be allowed to board and substances will be confiscated.
If you are thought to be under the influence of, or caught participating in, illegal substances on board, you'll be quarantined until boat can safely return to dock and the cruise is subject to end for all guests immediately upon doing so; no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Credit Card & ID:
You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid Government Issued Photo Identification (along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you via Eventbrite when your order was placed): the name on both the credit card and ID match the name on your purchased tickets, in order to gain entry to the event. If the name on the Credit Card and/or ID does not match the tickets, or if you do not have both the credit card used to make the purchase and government issued identification, you will be denied entry to event without a refund.
Covid Policy:
