The restaurant features house-made Pita bread, served hot and fresh-from-the-oven, deliciously complemented by thoughtfully prepared ingredients that are roasted, chopped or grilled to perfection. Fill It, Plate It or Toss It with delicious Chicken, Beef, Vegetarian and Vegan choices. Chef / Owner Ilan Barniv brings more than 20 years of culinary experience and business acumen to BONAPITA. Born in Israel and a graduate of Johnson & Wales, he finds his inspiration in the rich culinary crossroads of the Mediterranean region. With a professional history as both a personal chef and caterer, Ilan is dedicated to serving appetizing, thoughtfully prepared dishes that reflect quality, value and healthful choices for his guests. BONAPITA also offers a diverse catering menu for private gatherings, presented either in your office, at your home or on-site at the restaurant.
