Forklift is owned and operated by two chefs who care deeply about food and the satisfaction of the people they serve. Jamie and Dennis are long time friends, who decided after years of cooking together both on and off the clock, to officially join forces and create a catering company that would reflect what they both love to do. With our vast food knowledge and creative menu suggestions, we make planning and executing an event easy and delicious.
