Event Details
Join us for a celebration of PRIDE. On Thursday, June 30, 2022 we will host a four course meal* expertly prepared by Liberty Hotel Executive Chef Daniel Kenney. Each course is paired with a different expression of our favorite Rosés .
The evening begins at 6:30PM with our first pour, and passed bites.
We will be joined by our Rosé ambassador Meaghan Diggins, who will lead the group through each Rosé during the dinner.
A portion of proceeds for this even benefit BAGLY (The Boston Alliance of Lesbian Gag, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer Youth

First Tipple: France: The Pale By Sacha Lichine
Passed: Hickory Smoked Salmon “BLT”
Second Tipple: Italy: Fattoria Sardi
Spring Leek, Golden Potato and Watercress Potage
Crème Fraiche/ Organic American Caviar/ Brioche Crumbs
Third Tipple: USA/California: Rosehaven
Slow Braised Veal Cheeks
Spring Pea Risotto/ Local Goat Cheese/ Tendrils
Last Drop: Spain: Segura Viuda Sparkling

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend you can request a refund by Tuesday, June 28th to receive a full refund of the ticket price. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. Canceling after Tuesday, June 28th is fully non-refundable. You are able to transfer tickets to another person, please reach out to clink@libertyhotel.com.
