YEAR 4 - VIVA EAST Rockabilly Weekender & Custom Car Show (by Sliding Rock Promotions.) Bands, DJs, vendors, burlesque, pre1970 cars & more!
Event Details
This 3-day event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, MA. Thursday, July 7, we will be kicking things off with a gathering in the SOUND LOUNGE (Hotel Bar) with two bands: Counterfeit Cash and headlining is the Teledynes! Pool Party & Luau on Friday, Hosted by Ms. Jenny Starr with a Tiki clothing contest and a Deep Eddy guitar raffle give-a-way. Pinup Pageant on Saturday, hosted by the fabulous Calypso Jean. Burlesque Friday and Saturday evening. Tattooing all weekend by Tiki Tattoo. MUAH by Retro Beauty by Bombshells and men's barbering.
Pre-1970 Custom Car and Hotrod show. Tricycle races hosted by Mr. Paul Rodrigues . Live rockabilly and psychobilly bands, record hops with DJ Zac Vargas, DJ Mikey and DJ Marcus and his vintage Bus at the car show. VENDORS GALORE!

Thank you for buying your VIVA EAST 2022 ticket! We want to thank everyone for your patience the last two years. Though the postponements were obviously out of our control, it has been a tough time all around, so we really appreciate everyone sticking with us and look forward to 2022!
TICKETS:
Please note that EACH TICKET IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY.
Copying a "print at home ticket" will not work - They are uniquely coded and can only be used one time.
If you cannot get to VIVA EAST, you can give or sell it to a friend.
The name on the ticket doesn’t have to match the person presenting it, but only one person can use one ticket.
If you do not come to the event, there are NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We will only issue refunds for tickets purchased before September 2021.
WHO CAN ATTEND:
Rockabilly loving, custom car loving, vintage loving, fun loving individuals.
Must be 21 & over to attend the Burlesque shows.
IF you are under 21 or traveling with someone under 21: You must follow the Commonwealth of Massachusetts state law, as governed by the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC), as well as Hotel policy.
Kids are welcome to attend, but be advised that there is loud music and a bar / nightclub atmosphere throughout the hotel (including the pool) - so bring children at your own discretion. Children under 12 are free.
Leashed dogs are allowed.
We ask that your dog be friendly with people and other dogs.
No dogs unattended.
The hotel does impose an extra non-refundable fee for having Dogs in your room. Hotel policy dictates where dogs are and are not permitted. Call the hotel for the full policy.
THINGS YOU CAN DO:
Have an unapologetic, fantastic time!
THINGS YOU CANNOT DO: (all are obvious and common sense oriented)
Unless you are an official vendor of Viva East, you CANNOT SELL MERCHANDISE OR SERVICES FROM YOUR ROOM or anywhere on hotel property. You will be ejected from the hotel and the event without refund. THIS INCLUDES PHOTOGRAPHERS WHO TAKE MONEY FOR PHOTOS TAKEN AT VIVA EAST.
CANNOT Take ice chests into music venues or public areas in the hotel.
CANNOT carry any weapons
CANNOT wear motorcycle club colors (as per hotel rules) in the hotel or at the car show, Car Club logos are O.K.
CANNOT sell, possess or distribute drugs
CANNOT fight anywhere on the hotel property. Violators will be ejected from the event without refund.
NO SMOKING inside the hotel - Except in designated smoking rooms. Smoking outside requires butts, etc., to be put in smoking receptacles and not on the ground.
The hotel frowns on burn-outs or other show-off stunts.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
To & From Airport: We have a special rate setup with Knights Limo (Shared Van Service). Click through from our webpage for discount: www.viva-east.net/from-airport
-or- call: 1-800-822-5456 and mention your attending Viva East.
At the DoubleTree: there is show car parking and guest parking. There will be clear signage and Viva East staff to direct you.
Great news - no more shuttle. The over hotel is literally walking distance across the street. More details at: www.viva-east.net/venue

We aren’t big on “coloring in the lines” but in this case, the rules are for legal & safety reasons and are not meant to be broken… Thanks again for your cooperation!
