Join educator and author (and gravy addict) Adam Centamore for an event filled with various cheeses at their very best from around the world, expertly paired with condiments and wines in ways that will keep you in the holiday spirit all season long, while learning how to create pairings at home so you can take your Thanksgiving entertaining to the next level.
